World Glaucoma Week 2014 WORLD GLAUCOMA WEEK

World Glaucoma Week is held in March each year to increase awareness about glaucoma.

WORLD GLAUCOMA WEEK 2015

During World Glaucoma Week (8 14 March, 2015) you can Beat Invisible Glaucoma in families by hosting the B.I.G Breakfast.

If you have glaucoma, you can use the occasion to inform your family:

  • They have an increased risk (up to 10 times higher than the general population) and
  • Their best protection is to have a regular and comprehensive eye check that includes a review of their optic nerves. This is more than just an eye pressure test.

You can become a Glaucoma Ambassador; like Andrew Voss, by hosting a B.I.G Breakfast with family, friend and/or work colleagues.

Funds raised will help Glaucoma Australia to Beat Invisible Glaucoma.
